Your List of Ingredients
2 cups pomegranate juice
2 cups cranberry juice
2 cups brewed rooibos chai tea, cooled
1 tbs raw honey
½ cup fresh orange juice
1 sliced orange
1 sliced apple
fresh cranberries
fresh pomegranate arils
Amla berry extract (optional)
San Pellegrino sparkling water
Cinnamon sticks + star anise to decorate
Step 1: Start with your fruity rooibos base.
Start by brewing your rooibos chai tea. Add 3 Yogi Rooibos Chai tea bags to 2 cups boiled water, cover and steep for 7 minutes.
Discard the tea bags and dissolve the honey into the tea. Allow the tea to cool but keep it covered to retain the volatile oils.
Next, combine all ingredients except the cinnamon sticks, star anise, and amla extract. Keep it in the fridge overnight for all the flavors to infuse.
Step 2: Time for the fizz & finesse!
When you're ready to serve, fill glasses about half full with the juice tea mix, fruit, and some ice.
Add a dropper full of amla extract to each cup, and fill the remaining amount with San Pellegrino sparkling water.
Stir gently with a cinnamon stick and add star anise to decorate. Sip and enjoy the festive mood!
Cheers to a season of joy!
May your holidays be filled with laughter, love, and the vibrant spirit of well-being. Until next time, happy sipping!
