1 cup almonds
200g pitted dates
½ tsp sea salt
¼ cup raw cacao powder
2 Tbs coconut oil
2 Tbs almond butter
1 tsp almond extract
2 Tbs collagen powder

Pulse the almonds in a food processor with salt & cacao powder until a chunky flour forms. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until a sticky mixture forms. Roll the mixture into balls and refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm them up. Keep these stored in the fridge and they’ll last a couple of weeks.
